Project Contract definition

Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;
Project Contract means any/all contract(s) to be entered into by the Employer with the Bidders.
Project Contract means a contract by and among the Corporation and its participating Members for a Project.

  • The Net Proceeds of any performance or payment bond or insurance policy and any Net Proceeds received as a consequence of default under any Leased Property Project Contract, shall be deposited into the Leased Property Project Account if received prior to the Completion Date.

  • The District shall require that each General Contractor that is responsible for any portion of the Leased Property Project provide a performance bond and a separate labor and material payment bond, which shall (a) be executed by a corporate surety licensed to transact business in the State, (b) be in customary form, (c) be in the amount payable to such General Contractor pursuant to its Leased Property Project Contract and (d) be payable to the District.

Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP;
Project Contract means any agreement related to the development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Facility to which the Project Company is a party other than this Agreement.
