Project Approval definition

Project Approval means the initial official action of the Local Entity declaring its intent with respect to the financing of the Project Facilities. The date of the Project Approval is March 11, 2009.
Project Approval means any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, permission or determination of any kind whatever (including a determination that is required for obtaining the benefit of an exemption) that the Company or an associated company is required to obtain from the State or any of its instrumentalities, any statutory authority or any local government authority, to enable the Company or associated company to discharge its obligations or exercise its rights under this Indenture or to proceed with the implementation of a Project;
Project Approval means the proc- ess in which the Regional Adminis- trator, or designee, reviews and signs an approval of work and costs on a Project Worksheet or on a batch of Project Worksheets. Such approval is also an obligation of funds to the Grantee.

Project Approval means an approval by the Minister of the carrying out of a project, given as a consequence of the Project Application and in accordance with the Act and includes any modifications made to that approval.
