Prohibited Persons definition

Prohibited Persons shall have the meaning set forth in Section 26.18.
Prohibited Persons means a person or entity appearing on the lists published by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Treasury or any other list that may be published by the U.S. Government, as amended from time to time, that is prohibited from acquiring ownership or control of items under this Agreement, or with which Arctic Wolf is prohibited from doing business. Customer further represents that the Solutions shall not be used for or in connection (i) with nuclear activities, (ii) in the development of biological or chemical weapons, missiles, or unmanned aerial vehicles, (iii) to support terrorist activities, or (iv) in any other way that would violate economic sanctions laws. Customer agrees to promptly notify Arctic Wolf, and terminate its use of the Solutions, if Customer discovers that any of the foregoing conditions apply. Arctic Wolf may suspend any use of the Solutions it reasonably believes Customer may be (or is alleged to be) in violation of the foregoing.
