Examples of Prohibited Persons in a sentence
The Fund may decline to issue any Shares and to accept any transfer of Shares, where it appears that such issue or transfer would or might result in Shares being acquired or held by, on behalf or for the account or benefit of, Prohibited Persons.
No Shares may be acquired or held by, on behalf or for the account or benefit of, Prohibited Persons.
The Board of Directors considers such persons as Prohibited Persons.
Without limitation, the Fund may refuse an application for subscription where the Fund determines that the Shares would or might be held by, on behalf or for the account or benefit of, Prohibited Persons.
