Program Work definition

Program Work is the work covered by this Agreement as defined in Article 3;
Program Work means any qualifying weatherization or energy efficiency remodel contracts or projects resulting from and part of the CEWO Program.

Examples of Program Work in a sentence

  • It is further understood that no Contractor shall be required to sign any other agreement as a condition of performing Program Work.

  • Further, the employee shall be rehired at such time as able to return to duties provided there is still Program Work available for which the employee is qualified and able to perform.

  • There shall be no restrictions as to work which is performed off-site for Program Work.

  • Such rules will be published and posted in conspicuous places throughout the Program Work sites.

The Contractor shall also develop a formal process for ongoing education of stakeholders prior to, during and after implementation of the Hoosier Care Connect program.

  • These rules will be explained at the pre-job conference and posted at the Program Work sites and may be amended thereafter as necessary.

  • As the contracts involving Program Work are completed and accepted, the Agreement shall not have further force or effect on such items or areas except where inspections, additions, repairs, modifications, check-out and/or warranty work are assigned in writing (copy to Local Union involved) by the Agency (or Construction Manager) for performance under the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Program Work

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
