Program Manuals definition

Program Manuals means the program manual attached as an exhibit to each XXXX Guarantee Agreement together with the student loan program guidelines of each of the Sellers which describe their credit and collection policies for the origination, acquisition, financing and servicing of Financed Student Loans, as amended, revised or supplemented from time to time; provided, however, that no such amendment, revision or supplement shall (a) reduce in any manner the amount of, or delay the timing of, collections of payments with respect to Financed Student Loans or (b) reduce the underwriting standards with respect to Financed Student Loans acquired or to be acquired by the Issuer, in each case without satisfying the Rating Agency Condition.

  • In addition, Physician Resident shall receive employee benefits in accordance with the applicable Hospital policies and benefit programs, which are subject to amendment with or without notice, in Employer’s sole discretion as well as described in the Program Manual(s).

  • This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties, except that MHS may unilaterally amend any policies and procedure of MHS and the GME Program, including MHS’ Employee Handbook and the Institutional and Program Manuals, and Trainee shall be required to abide by these policies as amended.

  • Trainee shall abide by all policies and procedures of MHS, the MHS Employee Handbook (“Employee Handbook”), and the policies and procedures of the Graduate Medical Education Department, as set forth in the Graduate Medical Education Institutional and Program Manuals (“Institutional Manual” and “Program Manual”).

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
