Program IP definition

Program IP means the Program Know-How and the Program Patent Rights.
Program IP means Know-How and Materials, plus all Patents arising therefrom, created or conceived in connection with the activities performed pursuant to the Research Collaboration (whether solely by one party or jointly by the parties, in each case optionally with their Affiliates or any licensees, sublicensees, subcontractors or any other Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing).
Program IP means Joint Patents and Joint Know-How, collectively.

Examples of Program IP in a sentence

  • Licensee will not file any Patent Rights claiming the Licensor Product-Related Program IP.

  • Licensee (on behalf of itself and its Affiliates) will and does hereby assign to Licensor its right, title, and interest in and to the Licensor Product-Related Program IP.

  • Each inventing Party shall take (and cause its employees, agents, contractors and sublicensees (if applicable) to take) such further actions reasonably requested by the other Party to evidence any such assignment set forth in this Section 7.2, and to reasonably support the other Party’s efforts to Patent or obtain other intellectual property rights in connection with any assigned Inventions or Program IP in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Program IP means the Original Program IP, the Additional Program IP and the CAT19 Program IP;
Program IP means, collectively:
Program IP means know-how, knowledge, experience, inventions, processes, technical information, trade secrets, formulas, protocols, data and results (and any patents and patent applications claiming any of the foregoing), arising from or acquired specifically in the course of the development activities covered by this Agreement that relate specifically to the Licensed Product within the Field of Use.
Program IP has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.2.
Program IP means (i) [**] Patent Rights; and (ii) Program Know-How applicable to Exploitation within the [**] Field;
Program IP shall be defined as any User Generated Content (defined, below) distributed by the Program.
