Program Content definition

Program Content means the broadcast presentations made in the FM Channel of the Permission Holder.
Program Content means all content, information or other material, in whole or in part, available through the Programs or otherwise via the Services, including but not limited to lectures, speeches, discussions, comments, video lessons, quizzes, tests, presentation materials, homework assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video recordings, HTML and files. All Program Content is the exclusive property of Yale University and/or its affiliates or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under applicable laws.

  • The Program Content for each Program Year shall be as defined in writing by a majority of the Steering Committee.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Comcast shall have the nonexclusive right to digitize and/or compress any VOD Content to transmit such VOD Content as so altered directly to VOD Subscribers on a VOD Basis.”
