Program Administration definition

Program Administration means activities necessary to carry out the operations of the Agency. This consists of establishing eligibility and scope of services and assistance for which a Consumer has applied including the identification and coordination of those services within the Agency and its Contractors and Grantees; planning, arranging, providing, funding, or paying for services and assistance for individuals and families; coordination of benefits; detecting fraud and abuse; engaging in quality control and improvement activities; emergency response or disaster relief, and complying with federal and state legal, reporting, and funding requirements. Program administration is synonymous with agency administration and is bounded by state and federal enactments that require stricter confidentiality.
Program Administration. The Sub-Recipient shall prepare minutes and agendas for the Rapid City Area Air Quality Board (“Air Quality Board”) meetings; assist in the preparation of correspondence, forms and reports; and maintain a complete filing system of the above documents. Agendas and minutes of meetings shall be made available to the State through the Rapid City Air Quality Program (“Program”) website in a timely manner. Inspections shall be conducted not less than annually with notice to Program staff on all sources with compliance plans. Inspection reports, follow-up inspections and complaint inspections shall be documented, maintained for three years, and made available for review by the State.
Program Administration means the rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Health as developed by the Program Division for the day-to-day operation of a nursing care facility.

Program Administration means the design, construction, implementation, and administration of this Program or of other agricultural programs, transfer payments or operational programs or the agreements entered into under those programs and includes but is not limited to:

Nothing herein shall require Florida Blue to institute a legal action or suit to recover payments made by Florida Blue. Additionally, the City delegates to Florida Blue the discretion and authority to pursue recoveries forclaims paid as a result of fraud, abuse or other inappropriate action by a third party, including the right to opt-out or opt-in the City from any class action.
