Production Release definition

Production Release means a product in that stage of the product lifecycle that applies to products released for distribution to End-Users pursuant to the provisions of the End-User Agreement, and that does not constitute an Alpha, Beta, or Pilot Product.

Production Release means any modifications, additions and substitutions to the software that result in substantial performance, or structural/functional improvements in the software, which are designated as Production Releases by Xxxxxx in its sole discretion. Xxxxxx requires the Maintenance Customer to be on the current or on the second most current version of the Licensed Software before Xxxxxx will provide LS Maintenance Services, or investigate, or repair any Customer reported Defects.   • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.
