Production Contracts definition

Production Contracts means the agreement or agreements, if any, set out in Schedule "B" under the heading "Production Contracts";

Production Contracts means the following Contracts to which CW Media or any of its Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Assets is bound, whether or not in writing, except for any such Contract or part thereof (i) that is expressly contemplated not to be Transferred by any member of any Group other than the Production Group to the Production Group or (ii) that is expressly contemplated to be Transferred to (or remain with) any member of any Group other than the Production Group, in each case, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement:

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
