Processing Activities definition

Processing Activities means the activities to be undertaken by Braeburn or its Third Party Manufacturers in order to manufacture and supply Licensed Product for sale in the Territory.

Processing Activities means any operation or set of operations that is performed on Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, including, but not limited to, obtaining, developing, producing, collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, accessing, using, adapting, altering, modifying, retrieving, consulting, copying, reproducing, analyzing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, aligning, combining, blocking, restricting, transmitting, transferring, selling, renting, storing, retaining, destroying, deleting, or erasing such Personal Data.

Processing Activities has the meaning given in clause 1.2.1(a);

Processing Activities means activities relating to production of the Products, including purchasing raw materials, manufacturing, processing, quality control, filling, labeling, packaging, finishing, release and storage and other activities required to be undertaken by Supplier or its suppliers and its subcontractors in order to produce Finished Product, and the tests and analyses conducted in connection therewith.

Processing Activities means activities relating to production of Xxxxxx’x Generic Product, including purchasing raw materials, manufacturing, processing, quality control, filling, Labeling, packaging, finishing, release and storage, and other activities required to be undertaken by Xxxxxx or its suppliers and its permitted subcontractors in order to produce Finished Product, and the tests and analyses conducted in connection therewith.

Processing Activities means the manufacturing, processing, testing, packaging, storing and other activities undertaken or required to be undertaken by Manufacturer, Seller or its suppliers in order to manufacture and supply Buyer with the Products.

Processing Activities means the activities required to be undertaken by (a) Indevus or its Third Party Manufacturers in order to manufacture and supply Esprit with Trospium Once-Daily Finished Product and/or Samples prior to the Processing Assumption Date, and (b) in the event the Ex-US Supply Agreement is executed between the Parties, Esprit or its Third Party Manufacturers in order to manufacture and supply Indevus and/or its designees after the Processing Assumption Date with Trospium Once-Daily solely for use outside the Territory either in (i) bulk capsule form prior to being in its finished, labeled and packaged form or (ii) finished, labeled and packaged form.

Processing Activities means any processing of personal data by the parties in the course of undertaking activities contemplated under the Linked Agreement, including the Data Protection Particulars or under these Data Processing Terms.
