Procedural Guide definition

Procedural Guide means the set of instructions, guidelines, terms and conditions for the origination of Mortgage Loans, the sale of Mortgage Loans to MaineHousing, and the servicing of Mortgage Loans provided by MaineHousing, as amended and supplemented.
Procedural Guide as used herein means the Procedural Guide(s), and any subsequent amendments or changes thereto, issued by the District for grants awarded pursuant to the section(s) of the Propositions as described on Page 1 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Procedural Guide

Procedural Guide means the document identified as the “Procedural Guidefor California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access For All Act of 2018 Per Capita Program.” The PROCEDURAL GUIDE provides the procedures and policies controlling the administration of the grant.
Procedural Guide means a manual of written procedures adopted by the department to carry out a program.¶
Procedural Guide. A copy of the Procedural Guide is attached hereto, identified as “Appendix A,” and may be revised from time to time, is entitled “Procedural Guide for XXXXX Certification Program for Playground Surfacing.”

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
