Private Offering Memorandum definition

Private Offering Memorandum means that certain Private Offering Memorandum provided by the Company concerning the offering of the Units, as amended, restated and/or supplemented from time to time.
Private Offering Memorandum means that certain Private Offering Memorandum dated November 15, 2006, as supplemented and amended from time to time during the Offering, pursuant to which the Partnership shall engage in the Offering.
