Contractor acknowledges that any Student Data shared by the County is covered and protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232(g) and 34 C.F.R. § 99.31 (“FERPA”).
If applicable, information and relevant data that the Tenant may gather during the performance of this Lease may include personal information that is protected under the provisions of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the federal Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (GLBA) (15 U.S.C § 6801, et seq.).
