Primary Delegate definition

Primary Delegate means the person appointed for the purposes referred to in Article 3.4.1
Primary Delegate means one of the delegates referred to in clause 2(2), and the delegate referred to in clause 2(2), nominated annually by a district club or organisation to represent it on the club advisory committee.

  • Delegated Regulation means the Commission Delegated Regulationsupplementing Directive 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014, once it has entered into force and is directly effective in Ireland;

  • CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).

  • Advancing Person As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
