Prices definition

Prices includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

Prices means the agreed Price(s) for the Goods to be purchased from the Supplier by Transnet, as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements, issued in accordance with this Agreement, as amended by mutual agreement between the Parties and in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement from time to time;

Examples of Prices in a sentence

• Basic Service Prices: During the term of this Agreement, you agree to pay Energy Harbor a price for combined electric Generation and Generation Related Charges, specified in the table above.

More Definitions of Prices

Prices means the agreed upon payment and currency for Deliverables and Services, exclusive of Taxes but including all applicable fees and payments, as specified in the relevant SOW and/or WA.
