Prezzo di Riferimento means the price as published by the Exchange at the close of trading and having the meaning ascribed thereto in the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by the Italian Exchange dated December 21st, 2001, as such Rules may be amended by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. from time to time;

  • Il valore di rimborso dipende dal Prezzo di Riferimento del Sottostante alla Data di Osservazione Finale.

  • Se il Prezzo di Riferimento Finale è pari o superiore al 100% del relativo Prezzo di Riferimento Iniziale: un pagamento in contanti pari all'Importo Nozionale aumentato del Performance del Sottostante.

  • Se il Prezzo di Riferimento è superiore allo Strike, il valore di rimborso sarà pari alla differenza tra il Prezzo di Riferimento e lo Strike, diviso per la Parità e diviso per il tasso di cambio.

  • Se il Prezzo di Riferimento è pari o superiore allo Strike, non ci sarà alcun pagamento.

  • In questo caso il valore di esercizio dipenderà dal Prezzo di Riferimento del Sottostante quando il Warrant Call viene esercitato.
