Preferred Investor definition

Preferred Investor means an acquiror of Preferred Shares, including under the Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement and any other Preferred Investment.
Preferred Investor means a Preferred Holder, together with all Affiliates of such Preferred Holder that hold Preferred Units.
Preferred Investor means AMP, New York Life, Merrill, or any of their respective Affiliates (other than ABRY Partners IV, L.P.).

  • Once the Tender Process has been completed, such Consortium, if it is selected as the Preferred Investor, must ensure that the Lead Member retains a stake of at least 33.34% in the shareholding and controls the management and operation of the SPV (which will sign the Concession Agreement) for a minimum lock up period as detailed in, and subject to the exceptions set out in, the Concession Agreement.

More Definitions of Preferred Investor

Preferred Investor means an Investor that holds shares of Series A Stock, Series B Stock, Series B-1 Stock or Series C Stock.
