Precedent Agreement definition

Precedent Agreement means a binding agreement between Company and a Prospective Shipper for the provision of the transportation service requested, subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent as agreed to between Prospective Shipper and Company.
Precedent Agreement means any agreement between the Company and a prospective shipper of natural gas through the Facilities that involves the commitment by such shipper to pay demand charges in return for a firm transportation obligation on the part of the Company, in each case subject to the satisfaction of one or more conditions precedent.
Precedent Agreement means this agreement, including Exhibits A through C, which are incorporated herein.
