To the extent that the Grantee’s Award was unvested at the date of termination, or if the Grantee does not exercise the vested portion of the Grantee’s Award within the Post-Termination Exercise Period, the Award shall terminate.
Additionally, the Post-Termination Exercise Period of your Option may be extended as provided in Section 4(i) of the Plan.
