POS System definition

POS System or "POS Equipment" shall mean the point-of-sale devices) or system used by Franchisee, which must meet the communications protocol and criteria of the PayPoint Network.
POS System means a point of sale computerized system consisting of electronic hardware and software technology, which captures, records and transmits sales, taxes on sales, number, date and time of transactions, products and combinations of products sold and employees using the system and such other information as may be required by BKE from time to time.
POS System means the online or real time (point-of-sale) telecommunication system used to communicate information including, but not limited to, Covered Prescription Services.

POS System means a point of sale system approved by PLK and/or an Affiliate of PLK in its sole discretion, after consultation with Master Franchisee, for use in the Territory consisting of electronic hardware and software technology (including hardware and software updates approved and prescribed by PLK and/or its Affiliates after consultation with Master Franchisee), which captures, records and transmits sales, taxes on sales, type and price of each item sold, coupon redemptions, number, date and time of transactions, products and combinations of products sold and employees using the system and such other related information as may be required by PLK from time to time, in its sole discretion.
POS System means retail point-of-sale system developed by the Sellers and Progress as developed through the Closing Date.
