The Service Provider may not disclose / share any of SARS’ Confidential Information with any Person, including its affiliates, outside the borders of South Africa, unless it obtains prior, written consent from SARS, which consent will, if granted (at the sole discretion of SARS), be subject to section 72 of POPIA.
