Points of Diversion definition

Points of Diversion with respect to any water permit held by any Loan Party or otherwise utilized or expected to be utilized with respect to the Project, the locations designated under such water permit where a well can be located for the draw of water under such water permit.
Points of Diversion means the locations at which GBR or GCWA on behalf of GBR is authorized to divert water from the Brazos River for delivery to GBR and which, pursuant to the anticipated amendment to Water Use Permit No. 5912, diversion of the City’s Daily Contract Amount will be authorized. The Points of Diversion for the City’s Return Flows are anticipated to be the locations identified on the map attached to this Return Flow Agreement as Exhibit 1.
