Pledged Share Issuer means each Person constituting either a Borrower (other than the Company) or a Restricted Subsidiary identified in Attachment 1 hereto as the issuer of the Pledged Shares identified opposite the name of such Person and each other Person whose Capital Securities are required to be pledged hereunder and under the Credit Agreement from time to time.
Pledged Share Issuer means each Person identified in Exhibit B of Schedule IV hereto as the issuer of the Pledged Shares identified opposite the name of such Person.
