Pledged Assets. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment intangibles, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description pledged by Combined Collateral LLC as security in respect of any Realized Losses in connection with such Mortgage Loan up to the Pledged Amount for such Mortgage Loan, and any related collateral, or such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.
Pledged Assets means, collectively, Pledged Loans and Pledged Securities.
Pledged Assets. With respect to any Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan, the related Securities Account and the financial assets held therein subject to a security interest pursuant to the related Pledged Asset Agreement.

The Pledgee shall not be required in any manner to perform or fulfil any obligations of the Pledgor in respect of the Pledged Assets, or to make any payment, or to make any enquiry as to the nature or sufficiency of any payment received by it, or to present or file any claim or take any other action to collect or enforce the payment of any amount to which it may have been or to which it may be entitled hereunder at any time.
It is expressly agreed that the Pledgor shall remain liable to observe and perform all of the conditions and obligations assumed by it in respect of the Pledged Assets.

Pledged Assets has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.11.

Pledged Assets as defined in any other Collateral Document and any other assets a Lien in which is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to any Collateral Documents.

Pledged Assets. “Charged Property”, “Charged Assets” and “Assigned Property” as defined in any applicable Security Document (or any similar or equivalent term used or referred to in any applicable Security Document) and all other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Security Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent.
Pledged Assets means the Shares, Dividends and Related Assets or any other security or asset that is to be or will be pledged to the Pledgee under this Agreement.
