Platform Terms and Conditions definition

Platform Terms and Conditions means the set of terms and conditions set forth by the Platform Provider, to be entered into by Platform Provider and each User, that will govern the Platform Services rendered to Users and/or the sale of Saving Packs and any amendments that may be made to it from time to time.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.
