Platform definition

Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

Platform shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01.

Platform means Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system.

Examples of Platform in a sentence

• The Careful Platform enables access to CSL sites, services and information as well as third party sites, services and information (collectively and individually, "Services").

• You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Careful Platform except as authorized by English Law.
