Plan Exhibits means, collectively, the documents listed on the "Table of Exhibits" included herein, which documents will be Filed no later than five Business Days before the Confirmation Hearing, to the extent not Filed earlier. All Plan Exhibits will be made available on the Document Website once they are Filed. The Debtors reserve the right, in accordance with the terms hereof, to modify, amend, supplement, restate or withdraw any of the Plan Exhibits after they are Filed and will promptly make such changes available on the Document Website.

Examples of Plan Exhibits in a sentence
