Plan Documents definition

Plan Documents means the reports, proposals, preliminary plans, survey and basis of design data, general and detail construction plans, profiles, specifications and all other information pertaining to equipment.
Plan Documents means the Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement, the Plan Supplement, and all of the exhibits and schedules attached to any of the foregoing.
Plan Documents means the documents, other than the Plan, which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Consultation Parties, to be executed, delivered, assumed, or performed in connection with the consummation of the Plan, including, without limitation, the documents to be included in the Plan Supplement, any and all exhibits to the Plan, the Disclosure Statement, and any and all exhibits to the Disclosure Statement.

  • Where there is a difference between the description on these pages and the Plan Documents, the Plan Documents prevail.

  • Sponsor’s required written notice shall be promptly displayed in the summary plan description or elsewhere in the Plan Documents, and shall be communicated to individuals covered by the benefit plan within sixty (60) days from the date their coverage becomes effective, upon each republication of the summary plan description, and in any case not less than every five (5) years in a manner calculated to be received and understood by the average individual covered by the benefit plan.

More Definitions of Plan Documents

Plan Documents means the documents that aid in effectuating the Plan as specifically identified as such herein and filed with the Bankruptcy Court.
Plan Documents means, collectively, those material documents executed or to be executed in order to consummate the transactions contemplated under the Plan, which will be filed with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the Plan Supplement Deadline, including the Distribution Trust Agreement and any other documents that make up the Plan Supplement.
