Physical Supplier definition

Physical Supplier means Nordic Marine Oil A/S or a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver Bunkers to the Vessel, as applicable. Where Nordic Marine Oil A/S has Bunkers available for delivery, Nordic Marine Oil A/S will, from time to time, act as both Seller and Physical supplier.
Physical Supplier means a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver the Products to the Vessel.
Physical Supplier means the person who physically supplies the Product to the Vessel together with that person’s servants, agents, successors, subcontractors and assigns. The Physical Supplier may be the Seller or any other person

Physical Supplier means “FAST BUNKERING” SIA or a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver the Bunkers to the Vessel, as applicable. Where "“FAST BUNKERING” SIA has Bunkers available for delivery, “FAST BUNKERING” SIA will, from time to time, act as both Seller and Physical Supplier.
