Phase 1 definition

Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.
Phase 1 means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics in healthy individuals or patients or similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities, including the trials referred to in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a), as amended.

Examples of Phase 1 in a sentence

  • Upon Substantial Completion of Phase 1 of the Project, Developer shall be responsible for the O&M After Substantial Completion for Phase 1 pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Developer shall update the MMP and submit it along with the initial O&M Work Schedule to TxDOT for review and approval no later than 90 days before Substantial Completion of Phase 1 of the Project.

  • The Developer shall connect the twelve-inch (12”) water main to Water Tower #3 no later than 18 months after the Ozaukee County recording date of the Phase 1 Final Plat but not to occur in and between the months of November and March.

More Definitions of Phase 1

Phase 1 means the time period beginning upon the date this Change Order is executed and ending on the date a Facility is turned over to Owner.

Phase 1 means, in relation to the Thacker Pass Project, the initial 30,000 tpa of lithium carbonate covered in the Thacker Pass TR;
