The Director's sole authority upon appeal of an Administrative Decision is to either affirm the Administrative Decision or remand the Administrative Decision to the Petition Examiner.
The Administrative Decision shall be provided by the Petition Examiner to the Program Staff within twenty (20) Business Days after the applicable deadline for submission of a Response.
