Examples of Permitted Sublessee in a sentence
Lessee will comply, or procure compliance, in all material respects with all Laws relating to the operation, use, maintenance, repair, overhaul and/or modification of the Aircraft and maintain, or procure the maintenance of, all certificates, licenses, permits and authorizations which Lessee and (if applicable) Permitted Sublessee requires in order to conduct its business and perform its obligations under the Lessee Documents.
Notwithstanding the registration requirements of Section 7(a)(i) hereof, the Lessee shall have the right, at any time so long as no Special Default or Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, to request with at least 30 days’ prior written notice, a change in the registration of any Aircraft in association with the subleasing by the Lessee of such Aircraft to a Permitted Sublessee.
Lessee shall not and will not permit Permitted Sublessee to incorporate any service bulletins on the Aircraft which alter the power output of an Engine without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
The Lessee will not permit any Permitted Sublessee to use or operate any Aircraft in violation of any applicable law, except to the extent the application of such law is being contested in good faith and except for unanticipated, minor or non-recurring violations, provided the Lessee is using all reasonable efforts to mitigate any such illegality and such mitigation is not prejudicial to the Mortgage Estate or any Financing Party’s reputation.
Lessee shall in no event represent any Secured Party as carrying goods or passengers on any Aircraft or as being in any way connected or associated with any operation or carriage which may be undertaken by Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee or as having any operational interest in any Aircraft.
