Permitted Sublessee definition

Permitted Sublessee means the sublessee under a Permitted Sublease.
Permitted Sublessee means any entity domiciled in a country listed in Exhibit F hereto.
Permitted Sublessee means (a) any Permitted Air Carrier, (b) any airframe ------------------- or engine manufacturer, or Affiliate of such a manufacturer, who is domiciled in the United States of America or a country listed on Exhibit E to the Lease or (c) the United States of America or any instrumentality or agency thereof.

  • Lessee will comply, or procure compliance, in all material respects with all Laws relating to the operation, use, maintenance, repair, overhaul and/or modification of the Aircraft and maintain, or procure the maintenance of, all certificates, licenses, permits and authorizations which Lessee and (if applicable) Permitted Sublessee requires in order to conduct its business and perform its obligations under the Lessee Documents.

  • Notwithstanding the registration requirements of Section 7(a)(i) hereof, the Lessee shall have the right, at any time so long as no Special Default or Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, to request with at least 30 days’ prior written notice, a change in the registration of any Aircraft in association with the subleasing by the Lessee of such Aircraft to a Permitted Sublessee.

  • Lessee shall in no event represent any Secured Party as carrying goods or passengers on any Aircraft or as being in any way connected or associated with any operation or carriage which may be undertaken by Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee or as having any operational interest in any Aircraft.


More Definitions of Permitted Sublessee

Permitted Sublessee means a Certificated Air Carrier or, after the Restricted Use Period, (a) any Foreign Air Carrier, (b) the United States Government or an agency or instrumentality thereof which bears the full faith and credit of the United States of America or (c) any other Person approved in writing by the Owner Participant and the Indenture Trustee.
Permitted Sublessee means any air operator listed on Schedule 10 hereto, provided that at the time of commencement of any such subleasing, the relevant permitted sublessee (i) has not experienced a material adverse change in its financial condition as compared to its condition on the date hereof and (ii) is not subject to any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, concurso mercantil or similar proceedings in any jurisdictions.
