Performance Undertaking definition

Performance Undertaking means that certain Performance Undertaking, dated as of the Closing Date, by Performance Provider in favor of Seller, substantially in the form of Exhibit XI, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Performance Undertaking means that certain Third Amended and Restated Performance Undertaking, dated as of May 9, 2014, by Performance Guarantor in favor of Seller, substantially in the form of Exhibit XI, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Performance Undertaking means a performance undertaking in the form of Exhibit X hereto, duly executed by the Performance Guarantor in favor of the Seller.

Performance Undertaking means that certain Amended and Restated Performance Undertaking, dated as of April 4, 2006 by Performance Guarantor in favor of Seller, substantially in the form of Exhibit IX, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Performance Undertaking means that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Performance Undertaking, dated as of December 21, 2012, by Performance Guarantor in favor of Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit VII, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
