Performance Fee definition

Performance Fee means the fee payable to the Advisor under certain circumstances if certain performance standards have been met and the Subordinated Incentive Fee has not been paid.
Performance Fee means a performance fee in such amount as shall be agreed between the AIFM and / or the ICAV and the Investment Manager which shall be disclosed in the Prospectus.
Performance Fee means the fee, if any, defined in the relevant Supplement.
