Penalty Charge definition

Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;
Penalty Charge means the charge (if any) to be paid jointly and severally by the Core Member / The Other Member and Next Member (if any) to the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Elite Family Excursion Membership Agreement and the e-Privilege, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.3;
Penalty Charge means the charge (if any) to be paid by the Member to the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Elite Superiority Extension Membership Agreement and the e-Privilege, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.2;

Examples of Penalty Charge in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the outstanding Penalty Charge and/or other fees will be treated as delinquent amount, which shall be subject to interest at the accrual rate of seven point five (7.5) percent per annum.

  • The Privileges under the Membership is subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the validity period there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so specified in the invoice.

  • Customers taking service under this rate schedule are subject to the Failure to Comply Penalty Charge, specified in GRSP II.B.

  • Parties that are unable to comply with a dispatch, curtailment, load shedding, or redispatch order due to a force majeure on their system will not be subject to the Failure to Comply Penalty Charge provided that they immediately notify BPA of the situation upon occurrence of the force majeure.

  • Customers taking NT Service under this rate schedule are subject to the Failure to Comply Penalty Charge, specified in GRSP II.B.


More Definitions of Penalty Charge

Penalty Charge means the charge set by the Council under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and following approval of the Secretary of State which is to be paid to the Council following the issue of a penalty charge notice and within 28 days of the issue of that notice;
Penalty Charge means a charge imposed by legislation in respect of parking contraventions that are subject to civil enforcement and which has the same meaning as in the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;
Penalty Charge means the charge set by the Council under Section 72 and Section 77 of the 2004 Act, which is to be paid to the Council following the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice and within 28 Days of the issue of that notice;
Penalty Charge means a charge set by the Council in accordance with charges set by the Secretary of State under the provisions of Section 77 and Schedule 9 of the 2004 Act and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (England) Order 2007 which is to be paid to the Council within 28 days beginning with the date of service endorsed upon the penalty charge notice in the manner set out in the penalty charge notice;
Penalty Charge means an additional parking charge set by the Council under the provisions of Section 78 the 2004 Act and has the same meaning as Section 2 of Part 1 of the 2007 Regulations;
Penalty Charge means a charge set by the Council under the provisions of Section 74 of the 1991 Act in accordance with guidance given by the Secretary of State and specified in Article 5 of this Order, such charge being payable by virtue of Paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 of the 1991 Act in the manner set out in the Penalty Charge Notice;
