Peer Share definition

Peer Share means the share of common stock of a Peer that is quoted or traded on a national securities exchange.
Peer Share means the share of a member of the Peer Companies that is quoted or traded on a national securities exchange. For the avoidance of doubt, a Share or Peer Share that is quoted or traded only over the counter shall not be deemed to be quoted or traded on a national securities exchange.
