Payment Extension definition

Payment Extension means, for any Lease other than an Advance Payment Plan Lease, an extension of the payment term by the Servicer in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy by deferring the Total Payment due in one or more months and extending the term of such Lease for an additional month for each month for which the Total Payment is deferred.
Payment Extension has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.
Payment Extension means the extension of the due date already expired for payment in part or whole, where the municipality has agreed to substitute that due date with a payment extension date in applicable cases.

Examples of Payment Extension in a sentence

  • For a Payment Extension on a Lease, the Servicer may not increase the limit on the aggregate mileage that the related Leased Vehicle may be driven without the Lessee incurring a charge for Excess Mileage, except according to the Servicing Procedures or as otherwise permitted by this Agreement or, for a Reference Pool, the related Servicing Supplement.

  • Under the KLD Agreement and the Payment Extension Agreements, KLD, JAFS, KKHD and KHC agreed to extend the Group’s obligation to repay its outstanding debts until 31 March 2011 (“Extended Period”).

Related to Payment Extension

  • Payment Plan means the schedule of payment prescribed in Schedule C;

  • Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Payment Term means the length of time for payment of a Deferred Annual Award under Section 4.2.

  • Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Payment Ahead means, with respect to a Precomputed Receivable and a Collection Period, any Excess Payment (not representing, when added to any Deferred Prepayment with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, a prepayment in full of such Precomputed Receivable) which the Servicer, in accordance with its customary servicing practices, will apply towards the payment of Scheduled Payments due in one or more future Collection Periods.

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(d).

  • Initial Extension of Credit means the earlier to occur of the initial Borrowing and the initial issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Premium Payment Term means the term specified in the Schedule, during which the Premiums are payable by You;
