Partnership Account definition

Partnership Account means an Account which is opened and operated by a partnership.

Partnership Account means the bank account or accounts established by the General Partner pursuant to Section 10.3 of this Agreement.

Partnership Account shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 5.

Examples of Partnership Account in a sentence

• Specific instructions or conditions to operate the Partnership Account by the Authorised Signatory(ies) must be clear, in writing and shall be in terms acceptable by the Bank.

• Account types available, but not limited to: • Regular Account (no named beneficiaries) • Sole Proprietorship Account • Informal Trust Account (also known as Payable on Death) • Partnership Account • Formal Trust Account • Corporation Account.

• The Partnership Account continues to be managed by the Host Council in accordance with the Partnership Agreement, maintaining cost effectiveness and in accordance with agreed budgets.

• If the affected Account Holder/partner is a signatory to the Partnership Account, a fresh instruction and mandate shall be issued to the Bank immediately for the operation of the Partnership Account.

• The instructions and mandates given for operation of the Partnership Account shall remain in force until revoked in writing and substituted with fresh instructions and mandates and shall apply notwithstanding any changes in the membership of the firm whether by death, bankruptcy, retirement or otherwise and/or the admission of new partner and/or the termination of any powers of any partners of the firm.

Partnership Account has the meaning given to it in Section 2(o).
