Participation Principal Balance definition

Participation Principal Balance means, at any time, the then-outstanding principal balance of the applicable Participation, which shall equal the initial principal balance of such Participation, less any payments of principal thereon received by the Holder thereof. The aggregate Participation Principal Balances shall equal the Mortgage Loan Principal Balance.
Participation Principal Balance means either (x) the Participation A-1 Principal Balance or (y) the Principal A-2 Principal Balance, as applicable.
Participation Principal Balance means, at any time, the then-outstanding principal balance of the applicable Participation, which shall equal the initial principal balance of 5 such Participation, less any payments of principal thereon received by the Holder thereof The aggregate Participation Principal Balances shall equal the Mortgage Loan Principal Balance.
