Participating Contractor definition

Participating Contractor means an Eligible Contractor who has been approved to participate in the Program by the Authority pursuant to Section 10091.5.

Participating Contractor means a Contractor working under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Participating Contractor is any contractor that installs Eligible Improvements that are funded by a PACE Provider.

This Agreement supersedes any previous Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, is completely voluntary and can be terminated at any time and for any reason by the participating contractor or by the Utility.

Participating Contractor. -- means a Contractor (Employer) having a Collective Agreement with a participating Union, or working under the terms and conditions of such a Collective Agreement.
