Partial Site Release definition

Partial Site Release means the date on which the NRC approves, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 50.83, HDI’s application for partial release of the Pilgrim Site (with the exception of the ISFSI) for unrestricted use in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
