Parent SEC Documents definition

Parent SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

Parent SEC Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.7 hereof.

More Definitions of Parent SEC Documents

Parent SEC Documents means the forms, statements, reports and documents filed or furnished since January 1, 2012, and those filed or furnished subsequent to the date of this Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

Parent SEC Documents means all reports and other documents required to be filed with or furnished to the SEC by Parent since December 31, 2014, together with any documents filed or furnished during such period by Parent to the SEC on a voluntary basis, and any amendments thereto.
