Parent SEC Documents definition

Parent SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

Parent SEC Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.7 hereof.

More Definitions of Parent SEC Documents

Parent SEC Documents means the forms, statements, reports and documents filed or furnished since January 1, 2012, and those filed or furnished subsequent to the date of this Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

Parent SEC Documents means all proxy statements, reports, schedules, forms, statements or other documents, including all amendments thereto, required to be filed by Parent with the SEC since December 31, 2010.
