Ownership Notice definition

Ownership Notice means the notice of ownership of capital stock of the Company containing the information required to be set forth or stated on certificates pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law and, in the case of an issuance of capital stock by the Company, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Ownership Notice means a written notice containing the information required to be provided to registered owners of capital stock of the Company within a reasonable time after the issuance or transfer of uncertificated shares, which notice contains the information required to be set forth or stated on certificates pursuant to Section 1528 of the Pennsylvania BCL and, in the case of an issuance of shares of Series A Preferred Stock by the Company, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Ownership Notice means any written notice of the Company containing the information, if any, required to be set forth or stated on certificates pursuant to the Business Corporations Act, which shall include the information set forth in Exhibit B.
