Overtime Notice definition

Overtime Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7 of this Agreement.
Overtime Notice shall not disqualify or penalize any employee from the solicitation for an opportunity to perform any future overtime work. Any employee who fails to work the normal work week as specified in this Article may be ineligible for any overtime scheduled or offered during that period and the next successive pay period.

Examples of Overtime Notice in a sentence

  • Upon Customer’s written request delivered to Company prior to the scheduled commencement of the Company Overtime Work referred to in the applicable Company Overtime Notice (each, a “Customer Deferral Notice”), Company shall defer the scheduled performance of such Company Overtime Work and instead perform this Work during normal working hours.

  • Upon NYSEG’s written request delivered to National Grid prior to the scheduled commencement of the Overtime Work referred to in the applicable Overtime Notice (each, a “Deferral Notice”), National Grid shall defer the scheduled performance of such Overtime Work and instead perform this Work during normal working hours.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.

  • Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.

  • Dispatch Notice means a notice delivered by CAISO to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator on a daily, hourly or real-time basis requesting dispatch of one or more Unit(s) to provide Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement. Dispatch Notices include: (a) Day-Ahead Schedules and Real-Time Dispatches where the RMR Unit or Units are flagged as RMR Dispatches as a result of the Market-Power Mitigation and Reliability Requirements Determination processes pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, (b) Manual RMR Dispatch Notices, (c) notices deemed to have been given by CAISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the CAISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the CAISO, and (d) Test Dispatch Notices given by CAISO under Section 4.9 other than Test Dispatch Notices issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.

  • Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
