Outputs and Outcomes definition

Outputs and Outcomes means the outputs and outcomes the Recipient will comply with during the Grant Period as more particularly set out in the Grant Offer Letter;
Outputs and Outcomes means those Project outputs and/or outcomes set out in Schedule 1
Outputs and Outcomes means the outputs and outcomes set out in Annex 5; Party means the Authority or Recipient and Parties shall be each Party together;

Outputs and Outcomes means the Outputs and Outcomes listed in the Agreed Proposal as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;

  • Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;

  • Permeability of a space means the ratio of the volume within that space which is assumed to be occupied by water to the total volume of that space.

  • Propagation means the reproduction of Regulated Marijuana plants by seeds, cuttings, or grafting.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Congenital Anomaly means a condition which is present since birth, and which is abnormal with reference to form, structure or position.

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • Capture efficiency means the weight per unit time of VOC entering a capture system and delivered to a control device divided by the weight per unit time of total VOC generated by a source of VOC, expressed as a percentage.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Objectives and Strategies means (i) with respect to any Regulated Fund other than a BDC Downstream Fund, its investment objectives and strategies, as described in its most current registration statement on Form N-2, other current filings with the Commission under the Securities Act or under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and its most current report to stockholders, and (ii) with respect to any BDC Downstream Fund, those investment objectives and strategies described in its disclosure documents (including private placement memoranda and reports to equity holders) and organizational documents (including operating agreements).

  • compatibility means compatibility as defined in point (10) of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2019/770;

  • congestion means a situation where the demand for transmission capacity exceeds the available transfer capability

  • Fertilization means the fusion of a human spermatozoon with a human ovum.

  • Demonstration project means one of the following projects:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
