Other Interfaces. The following Interfaces into Capacity Regions: Lower Xxxxxx Valley [i.e., Rest of State (Load Zones A-F) to Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I)]; New York City [i.e., Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I) to New York City (Load Zone J)]; and Long Island [i.e., Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I) to Long Island (Load Zone K)], and the following Interfaces between the NYCA and adjacent Control Areas: PJM to NYISO, ISO-NE to NYISO, Hydro-Quebec to NYISO, and Norwalk Harbor (Connecticut) to Northport (Long Island) Cable.
