Other Inputs means the data described in the Licensed Product Table below. This Schedule P supplements, forms part of, and is subject to the terms of, the Agreement and constitutes a derived benchmark licence (this “Licence”) in respect of the LIBOR Materials and the LIBOR Trade Marks.
