Original Shareholders definition

Original Shareholders means the shareholders of the Licensee at the time of issue of this Licence;

Original Shareholders means the shareholders of the Issuer on the Issue Date (being Rickard Fischerström, Magnus Löfgren and Strukturinvest).

More Definitions of Original Shareholders

Original Shareholders means (i) Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and each of his respective Affiliates, (ii) Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and his Affiliates and (iii) the employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on the date of this Agreement who hold Class A Shares on the date hereof other than Kinder.
